Job Description: Payroll & Benefits Specialist 

Location: Arlington, VA (100% On-Site Role)  

Position Type: Full-Time 

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 

Role Summary 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our team in a hybrid capacity at our Arlington, VA office. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional who possesses a high level of analytical rigor and a bachelor’s degree. You will serve as the technical bridge between payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring data integrity across systems such as Unanet and Paycom while maintaining a seamless financial experience for our employees.

Hybrid Work Schedule 

This position features a hybrid work arrangement, offering a balance of in-office collaboration in Arlington and the flexibility of remote work. Specific schedule expectations (e.g., 3 days in-office, 2 days remote) will be discussed during the interview process.
