Payroll & Benefits Analyst

  Reports to: Director of Human Resources  Location: Emsworth
Hours: Salaried Exempt, flexible to meet the needs of program 
MISSION AND NEED: Holy Family Institute (HFI) is a 125-year-old Catholic organization with an impeccable history of serving children and families in the Pittsburgh Region. We are one of Pittsburgh’s largest social service organizations operating 15 programs in three counties. We are an independent organization guided by Catholic Social Teachings and serving people of all faiths and backgrounds.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for providing comprehensive payroll and benefits administration by processing accurate, timely payroll; ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; and managing employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and leave. Serves as a key liaison between employees, management, and third-party vendors, handling audits, reporting, and issue resolution while maintaining strong regulatory knowledge and improving processes.
