- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee data.
- Administer health, insurance, and retirement benefit programs.
- Ensure compliance with COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA.
- Support onboarding and respond to employee payroll/benefits questions.
- Coordinate payroll deductions, tax deposits, and contributions to benefit providers.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements.
- Participate in culture, engagement, and community initiatives.

- Detail-Oriented & Strong Organizational Skills: You’re meticulous when it comes to organization, numbers and processes- ensuring everything is accurate.

- 1+ years of payroll, HR, accounting or related experience
- High school diploma required.
- Familiarity with payroll/benefits systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Primarily computer‑based work; ability to lift up to 15 lbs. Some travel to other office locations required.
