Job Purpose

The purpose of the
Payroll Administrator is integral to the payroll function, expertly managing both union and non-union payroll processes. This role demands a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with complex regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Beyond payroll processing, the Payroll Administrator oversees payroll tax management, government reporting, and the handling of confidential information, while generating insightful payroll reports that aid in strategic management decision-making.
