We are currently seeking a permanent, full-time Payroll Administrator to join our Total Rewards team. What is the Opportunity?

Reporting directly to the Payroll Supervisor, the Payroll Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day verification and accurate processing of employee payroll, benefits, and pension contributions. This position doesn't just work behind the scenes; you are a vital point of contact for staff across the entire organization, helping to clarify deductions, coordinate enrollments, and resolve complex pay inquiries with care and empathy.

Working closely with internal partners in Finance and Employee Services, you will ensure our system data—specifically within Workday—remains pristine. From managing regular bi-weekly cycles to supporting vital year-end reporting and tax compliance, you will balance technical precision with a collaborative, human-centric approach to service delivery.
