We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Seasonal Payroll Administrator to support our payroll department in Sanger, CA. This administrative-focused role is essential to ensuring smooth payroll operations, accurate data management, and timely communication across multiple sites. Position Overview

The Seasonal Payroll Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Payroll Manager and broader payroll team. This role is responsible for maintaining payroll records, assisting with data entry and reporting, coordinating communication with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring payroll processes are completed accurately and on schedule.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Overtime and occasional weekends as needed
