Part Time Payroll & Benefits Coordinator

Location: Dundas, ON
Position Summary
The Payroll & Benefits Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, administration of employee benefits, and management of WSIB reporting and payments for Choices Association. This role supports a unionized workforce within the developmental services (DS) sector and ensures compliance with the Employment Standards Act (ESA), CRA requirements, WSIB regulations, and the Collective Agreement.
Working closely with Finance, HR, and Program Managers, this role plays a critical part in supporting frontline staff by ensuring payroll accuracy, benefits access, and timely response to workplace injury processes.
