The Administrative & Billing Specialist is responsible for supporting daily business operations through administrative, billing, organizational, and operational support activities. This role helps ensure accurate recordkeeping, timely processing of information, effective communication, and coordination across departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

The Administrative & Billing Specialist role offers an onsite work environment; however, candidates who are not within commuting distance may be considered for a remote arrangement. This is a part-time position, requiring 20 hours per week (PST).

$30 - $35 an hourProtective’s targeted compensation for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 hourly, non - exempt. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience. The range listed is just one component of Protective’s total compensation package for employees.
