- Must be hands-on with Oracle Payroll Cloud and be able to lead & guide client; be a true workstream lead.
- Lead Workshops and meetings.
- Own the configuration, design, and validation of payroll elements, balances, and Fast Formulas (Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Time).
- Drive payroll testing, parallel runs, and reconciliation processes through go-live.
- Align payroll configuration with overall HR, time-and-labor, and general ledger accounting workflows
- Effective communication is a must.
- Travel is a must. Client is located in Atlanta and it would be about 50% travel.
