Working closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams, this role helps ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards through audits, inspections, reporting, incident support, and corrective action tracking. The Compliance Analyst analyzes compliance data and trends, identifies opportunities for process improvement, and contributes to initiatives that strengthen risk management, operational effectiveness, and a culture of safety and continuous improvement.Responsibilities Works closely with Facility Data Center Managers and other HSE regional partners to develop a comprehensive HSE Program for the region in partnership with Global HSE. Drive Global HSE policies to regions and Data Center facilities Data Center Leadership and Safety Leads. Focuses on implementation of plans within the region. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulationsPerforms site audits/inspections and monitors HSE performance for a group of Data CentersWork on corrective actions and closures of audit findings by Global HSE and 3rd Party VendorsWorks closely with Data Center Management and Staff to enhance our Culture of Safety. Primary force driving employee engagement in safety & environmental programs, enhancing culture of teamwork, and influencing others to prioritize safety as a key component to success. Creating team norms by which intact teams collaborate to build safety mechanisms into the DNA of how they work.Develops reporting, analyzes trends, and makes recommendations to modify and improve HSE practicesWorking closely with facility managers and other HSE regional partners to develop and implement a program to ensure customer, employee, and subcontractor safety practices in the region. Provides ongoing monitoring of implemented programsWorks with cross functional teams to determine root cause and corrective actions needed in incident HSE investigations. Ensures that incidents are reported and investigated using proper root cause analysis methodsOrganizes and conducts safety training as needed and provides leadership for the community of Safety LeadsQualifications 5+ years' experience with HSE program concepts and ability to apply them in a data center environment. Experience in a data center or comparable environment such as construction; hospital; or other industrial environments preferredUndergraduate education in Environmental Engineering/Science or safety/health related degreeEHS related certifications, CSP, CHMM, etc. preferred, though not requiredProactive with strong interpersonal and analytical skills, problem solving mind-set, and ability to write reportsHigh integrity, skilled communicator, ability to multi-task and handle competing prioritiesAble to perform all essential job functions, including walking, standing, bending, stooping, climbing, lifting and manual dexterity, with or without reasonable accommodationMay be required to perform call work to support HSE issues in off hoursThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:United States - NY5 New York City : 78,000 - 118,000 USD / AnnualUnited States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 71,000 - 107,000 USD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
