The Operations, Technology & Compliance Analyst supports the daily operations, technology, compliance and business systems functions of Parcion Private Wealth. This role serves as a key resource for technology administration, process improvement, AI adoption, operational execution and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will help drive the firm’s technology strategy through platform administration, workflow optimization, automation initiatives and employee enablement, while supporting the firm’s operational infrastructure and compliance program. This individual will work closely with leaders across the organization to improve efficiency, strengthen processes and help scale the business.

The Operations, Technology & Compliance Analyst is a key member of the Operations team, contributing directly to the firm’s efficiency, regulatory adherence and technology capabilities while embodying Parcion’s culture and core values in all interactions.

Compensation: $100,000$125,000 base salary, plus annual bonus. Final offer is based on individual experience, qualifications, and designations.

Schedule: Core business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. We are flexible and open to hybrid arrangements after an initial onboarding period (typically 6 months) or with management approval.
