<\/div>Provides administrative and operational support to individuals or departments by coordinating a variety of office tasks and functions.

<\/div>Job Duties - Office Administrator & AP/AR Specialist
<\/div>
- Communicates with vendors and customers<\/span>
<\/li> - Data entry <\/span>
<\/li> - Knowledge of general office tasks (emails, phones, fax, printer etc.) <\/span>
<\/li> - Resourceful, follows policy & procedure, compliance<\/span>
<\/li> - Accounts Payable and Receivable<\/span>
<\/li> - Maintains inventory and/or HR related duties upon request
<\/span><\/li> - Customer Service <\/span>
<\/li> - Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/span>
<\/li> - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks<\/span>
<\/li> - Communication & Team Player<\/span>

- High school diploma or GED<\/span>
<\/li> - (2) years administrative or related experience and/or, equivalent combination of education and experience
