NRA Tax Specialist - Temporary

The NRA Tax Specialist will provide support to our Foreign National Tax Area within Payroll Services to help with the processing of incoming foreign national hires, student foreign nationals from Student Financial Services, and make treaty determinations based on completion of active profiles in the Sprintax Calculus Software. This position will also assist with adjusting the Tax Calculation card for Foreign Nationals in Oracle HCM to ensure proper taxation of the Foreign National employee. Additionally this person will work with multiple spreadsheets for analysis concerning the disparate workstreams of information in order to maintain compliance.  

• Performs Data Entry for New Foreign Nationals into Sprintax Calculus
• Sends Reminder Email to Foreign National for Profile Completion
• Processes Completed Profiles to Determine Treaty Benefits
• Processes Tax Adjustments for Foreign Nationals in Oracle HR

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of similar or relevant experience in field’s related to Payroll, Finance, Accounting, or other areas.
