About the Opportunity
As our National Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, validating, and executing financial savings opportunities across all Vision Australia business units and operations. In this role you will also:
- Identify Savings Opportunities: Analyse all areas of Vision Australia to uncover potential financial savings via direct and indirect procurement.
- Lead strategic sourcing activities across all categories of expenditure including retail merchandise, indirect procurement and corporate services.
- Validate Savings: Ensure that identified savings opportunities are realistic and achievable through thorough analysis and validation.
- Project Execution: Oversee the implementation of savings projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

About You
- 10+ years' experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management or supply chain leadership roles.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading procurement transformation, supplier negotiations and complex sourcing initiatives.
- Experience in retail, health, disability services, not-for-profit or multi-site service organisations highly desirable.
