Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Compensation Analyst with a strong background in the mortgage industry to support the needs of our business and employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Onboarding: Collaborate with branch and divisional leaders, executing new hire offers and compliant compensation agreements.
• Compensation Planning & Reconciliation: Administer and modify, as needed, compensation agreements. Reconcile timely and accurate commission, bonus calculations and payouts.
• HR Support: Take part in the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the company’s goals and objectives.
• Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent within the mortgage industry.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations programs and conflict resolution.
• Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to ensure employees meet their goals and contribute to the company’s success.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local industry, employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a HR role within the mortgage industry.
• Certifications: Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable.
• Skills:
  • Preference of knowledge of Incentive Compensation (CompenSafe) by nCino system
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
