MinitMart Accounting Assistant

Nittany Energy is hiring for an MinitMart Accounting Assistant position in our Philipsburg accounting office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain the inventory setup for the food service items (ingredients & recipes)
• Setup and maintain any changes in the food ordering kiosk software
• Account for the spoilage and waste
• Generate and review reports
• Data entry into various accounting software programs
• Back-up for daily store reconciliations
• Assist with other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Accounting or office experience preferred
• Working knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Detail oriented with excellent organization, communication & problem solving skills
