Job Summary
The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will play a key role within the finance team, supporting the growth and achievement of CareAllies financial and business objectives through strategic planning, financial analysis, and reporting. This individual will help manage the Company’s FP&A processes, financial forecasting and actuals, long-range planning, value-based care (VBC) contract performance and support financial system implementation. This role will support or manage key organizational financial initiatives, including FP&A, integration (short-term), VBC scenario analytics, growth opportunities, and VBC contract modeling. This position will report to and work closely with the VP of FP&A and collaborate with various functional executive leaders across the organization (CFO, functional leaders, etc). The ideal candidate will be strong in collaboration, communication, financial management, analytical capabilities, initiating process improvements, time management/prioritization and excel modeling. Additionally, this candidate must have a proven track record of career growth/development, cross functional teaming and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Requirements:
You must live within a 50 Mile radius of Oak Brook, Illinois
This is a hybrid role that requires you to be in the office 3 days a week, 2 days Work from home.
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance with 5 years’ experience in a FP&A, market finance, strategic and/or financial area Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills, including multi-year financial models with various assumptions and scenarios
Independent problem solver with team-oriented mindset
Strong presentation skills - Ability to tell a financial story and create impactful slides to drive financial understanding across the organization
Highly analytical with ability to make data-driven decisions
Demonstrate excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, leading to strong presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office Applications with emphasis on advanced MS Excel skills and ability
Demonstrate high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Able to manage a wide range of projects and dynamic priorities
Able to effectively communicate technical and basic business concepts with team members and internal/external stakeholders
Focus on compliance, risk management and process controls
Aligned to the Company’s corporate mission/values and looking to drive innovation within healthcare for patients and other stakeholders
Positive attitude with an excitement to learn and develop
Supports open, inclusive culture that supports learning and encourages collaboration
Preferred Requirements:
Investment banking, consulting, corporate FP&A, or other highly strategic role Experience in Health Care industry and value-based care
Long-range planning experience with managing core financial model
Experience owning consolidated company budget / forecasting cycles and working cross-functionally with budget owners
Experience within finance team at a small company (i.e. less than 1,000 people)
Ability to travel as needed

The salary offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
Min to Max Range:
$102,000.00 - $184,300.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
