Company & Position Overview

Established, multi-state ABA healthcare organization is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing professional to support and oversee billing operations.

The company is open to candidates ranging from strong hands-on billers to more managerial-level billing professionals, with compensation aligned based on experience and level.

This role is ideal for someone with strong medical billing knowledge who understands claims, collections, denials, CPT coding, and overall billing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and oversee day-to-day medical billing operations
• Review billing performance, collections, aging, and reimbursement trends
• Identify denied, unpaid, or underpaid claims and drive resolution
• Ensure accurate CPT coding and claim submission processes
• Maintain organized reporting and billing documentation
• Work closely with leadership and internal teams to resolve billing issues
• Monitor billing accuracy and overall claims performance
• Assist with improving billing workflows and operational efficiency

Ideal Candidate

• Strong medical billing and revenue cycle background
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Experience handling denials, collections, and claims follow-up
• Strong understanding of billing workflows and reimbursement processes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Prior medical billing experience required
• Experience with CPT codes required
• ABA billing experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with CentralReach is a major plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
