- Support the accounting function through general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, month-end close activities and financial reporting.
- Maintain Fixed asset transaction reporting and reconciliations.
- Review work order costs prior to closing.
- Understand transactional activity relating to raw materials, inventory, labor, WIP.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and provide audit support.
- Verify and post General Ledger journal entries.
- Assist in preparation of month end reporting and expense analysis.
- Learn and utilize the Mas500 accounting system.
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3–5 years of accounting experience. Manufacturing
accounting experience is preferred but not required. Candidate should possess a strong
understanding of general accounting principles, general ledger accounting and account
reconciliations, with the ability and willingness to learn manufacturing accounting concepts
including inventory, WIP and work-order costing.
2. To be trained and acquire full knowledge of the Mas500 accounting system to accomplish
objectives.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
