Managing Partner – Strategic Finance, Analytics & Performance Management

Neos Talent is supporting a high-growth, private equity-backed financial advisory firm with the appointment of a Managing Partner to lead three established national practices:

• FP&A and Strategic Finance

• Data & Analytics

• Enterprise Performance Management

Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this is a genuine executive leadership position—not a traditional delivery Partner role.

The Managing Partner will lead the existing senior practice leaders, develop the combined go-to-market strategy and drive growth across CFO Advisory, private equity and portfolio-company clients.

We are looking for an established consulting leader with:

• Big Four or larger national advisory firm experience, including firms such as RSM or Grant Thornton

• A background across FP&A, strategic finance, finance transformation, EPM, data or analytics

• Experience building and scaling a significant consulting practice

• A strong track record of originating work and developing C-suite relationships

• The credibility to lead existing Partners and Managing Directors

• Experience advising CFOs, PE sponsors and portfolio-company leadership teams

• The ability to integrate multiple disciplines around the modern CFO agenda

Candidates do not need to be technical specialists across all three practices. They may originate from any one of these disciplines but must bring the commercial breadth and leadership capability to unite them nationally.
