Job Description

Position Summary:                  

The Manager, Tax will support the Canadian tax compliance, reporting and related tax matters for Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. Working with the broader tax team and stakeholders, this role offers an excellent opportunity for career development and growth as a tax professional in a highly dynamic and challenging work environment.

This is a hands-on role with responsibility for managing key tax compliance and reporting processes, reviewing work prepared by internal and external resources, identifying and resolving tax issues, and supporting the ongoing maintenance of investment and holding structures. The role will work closely with members of the broader tax team, finance, treasury, legal, private funds teams, portfolio companies and external tax advisors.
