This Strategic Finance Manager role is a high-impact opportunity to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in driving financial visibility, shaping forecasting processes, and influencing strategic decisions that guide the growth of our business.  This role blends strategy and finance, requiring not only strong analytical skills but also the ability to frame insights, influence senior stakeholders, and help solve complex business challenges with data-driven recommendations. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to generate insights that drive performance, efficiency, and long-term value creation.  Key Responsibilities  Financial Leadership & Business Performance Lead financial performance management across multiple LOBs, including weekly, quarterly, and annual reporting and analysis. Set the analytical agenda, identify key business drivers, and synthesize results into clear insights on performance, risks, and opportunities. Partner with leadership to translate insights into actions that improve business outcomes.  Budgeting, Forecasting & Strategic Planning Lead key components of the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across multiple functions and LOBs. Drive alignment on assumptions, challenge inputs and business cases, and develop scenario analyses to inform strategic and resource allocation decisions. Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership on financial and operational tradeoffs.  Advanced Financial Modeling & Decision Support Lead the development of financial models and analytical frameworks to evaluate complex business decisions, including pricing, go-to-market investments, marketplace dynamics, and growth opportunities. Establish clear recommendations and communicate the strategic and financial implications to senior stakeholders.  Data, Reporting & Process Excellence Drive improvements in financial reporting, data infrastructure, and planning processes to increase scalability, accuracy, and efficiency. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop dashboards, automated reporting, and self-service solutions using tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the quality and speed of decision-making.  Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence Serve as a trusted finance partner to leaders across operations, sales, marketing, product, and other functions. Build strong relationships with business partners, proactively identify opportunities where Finance can add value, and influence strategic priorities, investment decisions, and resource allocation through rigorous financial analysis.  Strategic & Executive Analysis Lead high-priority strategic and ad-hoc analyses for senior management. Structure ambiguous business questions, develop data-driven recommendations, and deliver concise, executive-ready presentations that clearly articulate findings, tradeoffs, and recommended actions.  Team Leadership & Development Provide guidance, coaching, and analytical leadership to junior team members and cross-functional partners. Review analyses and financial models, establish high standards for quality and accuracy, and help develop scalable approaches and best practices across the Finance organization.  Basic Qualifications  BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.  5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or a related analytical field.  Demonstrated experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance management processes.  Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, with experience developing analytical frameworks for complex business decisions.  Preferred  Qualifications  Strong business judgment and demonstrated ability to translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, concise messages for senior financial and non-financial stakeholders.  Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive decisions through data.  Demonstrated ability to lead projects and workstreams independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.  Suggested Skills Strategic Planning Financial Modeling Forecasting & Budgeting Executive Influence Business Analytics LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.     The pay range for this role is $131,000 to $212,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.     The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
