We are seeking a strategic and collaborative leader to drive enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives across indirect spend for the Digital and Technology categories. In this role, you will lead complex sourcing events from strategy through execution, partner closely with business stakeholders, and help deliver cost savings, operational efficiency, and strong supplier performance. - Guiding stakeholder projects through a structured strategic sourcing process from baseline analysis and supplier identification to RFP development, negotiation, contract execution, and transition planning.
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define category requirements, develop sourcing strategies, evaluate award scenarios, and deliver successful sourcing engagements that align with business goals.
- Represent the organization professionally with suppliers and external partners, leading sourcing events with integrity while driving strong commercial outcomes and supporting budget commitments through audits and performance reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and reporting solutions that strengthen procurement operations, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, including Finance and other key partners, to review sourcing outcomes, support audits, and ensure alignment on transition plans, savings opportunities, and operational improvements.
- Support training, cross-training, and development efforts to build team capability, maintain process compliance, and encourage innovation, accountability, and productivity.
- Maintain knowledge of procurement practices, sourcing tools, and relevant systems, while assisting with strategic projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or category management.
- Experience leading sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract execution.
- Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret spend data, assess opportunities, and support savings initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Proficiency with procurement systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
