About the Role

The Manager, Payroll and Operations is responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of payroll across the organization for the US and Canada with oversight of payroll in EU and India. This role provides end-to-end oversight of payroll operations, ensuring strong controls, regulatory compliance, and effective governance across payroll processes. The position partners closely with Human Resources, Finance, and other stakeholders to support compensation, benefits, equity programs, and employment changes impacting payroll. In addition, the role drives continuous improvement of payroll policies, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and employee experience. The role serves as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on payroll-related matters across the organization and partners with Europe and India counterparts.

The base salary range for this position is $125,000-150,000; the exact salary depends on various factors such as experience, skills, education, location, competencies and industry-specific knowledge. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a competitive short term and long-term incentive program based on performance and company results.
