The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of Procurement  Specialists.

This role drives operational discipline, and data integrity, ensuring the team operates with accuracy, consistency, and scalable execution in support of Director and Sr Manager-level performance objectives. The Procurement Manager is accountable for team performance, workload balance, and continuous process improvement.

This is a player/coach role. The Procurement Manager is expected to allocate approximately 70% of time to moving orders through the procurement lifecycle, while dedicating 30% to people leadership, team development, and operational governance responsibilities. Managing their team to give our internal and external clients the best possible experience.

$65,000 - $80,000 a yearThe compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount.
