Position Summary

The Manager Indirect Tax will be a highly skilled and experienced tax professional and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of indirect taxation across the United States and Canada. This role ensures full compliance with applicable federal, state, provincial, and local tax regulations, including Sales & Use Tax, Tangible Personal Property Tax, and GST/HST/PST/QST. The position also plays a key role in supporting mergers and acquisitions by researching indirect tax implications and implementing post-acquisition compliance processes.

Working Conditions

Primarily office-based or remote work environment with standard business hours. May require extended hours during peak compliance periods, month-end/year-end close, audits, or M&A transactions. Frequent interaction with internal departments including Finance, Accounting, Legal, Operations, and external tax authorities. Occasional travel may be required for acquisitions, audits, or integration activities.
