Summary

The Manager is responsible for overseeing analysts, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial reporting, and driving continuous improvement in FP&A processes. This position partners closely with senior leaders to monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic and operational initiatives.
Job Duties
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across business units
- Deliver variance analyses, financial models, dashboards, and actionable insights for leadership decision-making
- Monitor financial performance, identify trends/risks, and drive KPI tracking aligned to organizational goals
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and business leaders to support planning and operations
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness while reviewing team outputs
- Drive process improvements, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across FP&A
- Coach, mentor, and develop Financial Analysts, providing growth opportunities and strengthening team capability
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Finance, Accounting or related field
- 7 years progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate into actionable insights
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making and drive outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and strategic perspective
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial planning tools/systems
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across functions
