Job Description

Are you eager to contribute to further strengthening Finance as a true business partner within Lely? In this role, you will develop a team that creates visible impact on the business by enhancing performance, ownership, and decision-making.

As Manager Finance Business Partnering, you will lead a team of Finance Business Partners and strengthen the impact of Finance across the organization. You bring clarity, structure, and focus, while creating room for development, ownership, and collaboration.

You are part of the Finance Management Team and contribute to both strategic and tactical decision-making. You translate business priorities into financial impact and support decision-making through clear insights and balanced considerations.

This is a role with room to build: the team, the way of working, and the position of Finance as a valuable business partner.

• Lead, coach, and develop Finance Business Partners
• Translate business strategy into financial insights and concrete actions
• Provide clear analyses to improve performance and value creation

Qualifications

You are an experienced Finance professional who brings structure, sound judgment, and clarity to complex business challenges. You combine strong financial expertise with a business-oriented mindset and know how to translate insights into impact.

In addition, you bring:

• Experience in leading and developing Finance professionals
• A strong background in business control and performance management
• Strong analytical skills, decisiveness, and the ability to distinguish between main and secondary priorities
• A leadership style in which you create connection and trust, while pragmatically providing direction and driving results
