What You Will Do:- Apply knowledge of end-to-end finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), financial and management reporting, financial close optimization, ERP-enabled process improvement, and FP&A enhancements across client engagements.
- Lead portions of client engagements and collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and reporting efficiency.
- Support and lead engagement activities throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and design through implementation and delivery.
- Take on increasing leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior team members and supporting client relationship management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, public accounting, finance transformation, accounting operations, or corporate finance.
- Experience with financial close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, or Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
- Experience with financial reporting, close automation, account reconciliation, or finance transformation technologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Prior consulting experience.
- Working knowledge of Trintech Cadency.
