Manager Accounts Receivable (M/W/D)

Your Role at SIXT

You will take responsibility for the entire claims management across all corporate countries of SIXT. As an experienced manager, you will lead a team of approx. 15 colleagues at the Rostock and Berlin locations and ensure professional processes, strategic partnerships, and sustainable customer loyalty. You will manage escalations, coordinate external service providers, and continuously develop your team, with a clear focus on solution orientation and entrepreneurial thinking.

• You will be responsible for the complete coverage of all corporate countries in claims management and ensure professional, efficient processing.
• You will coordinate cooperation with service providers and debt collection agencies and continuously optimize the processes and results of these partnerships.
• You will handle escalations and support strategically important customers, without direct operational customer contact in daily business, but with a clear focus on solution orientation and customer loyalty.
• You will develop customer loyalty strategies and ensure that inquiries are handled professionally and in a solution-oriented manner.
• You will lead your team of about 15 colleagues, promote individual strengths, and create an environment where your colleagues can grow.
• You will clearly and persuasively represent your point of view while also demonstrating genuine understanding of the customer's perspective.

Your Skills Matter

• Claims Management: You have several years of experience in claims management, ideally in the area of claims or an insurance-like environment (e.g., Claims Management).
• Claims Expertise: You possess in-depth expertise in the field of claims or comparable regulatory or financial contexts.
• Commercial Profile: You have a commercial profile with demonstrable customer experience.
• Leadership Experience: You have at least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a similarly structured role.
• Technical Understanding: You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new tools and systems and show interest in AI and its potential for leveraging optimization opportunities.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management: You impress with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, internal and external. You manage stakeholders confidently up to C-level.
• Solution Orientation: You maintain a clear course even in difficult situations and show empathy for customer perspectives while being assertive.
• Language Skills: You are fluent in German and English; both languages are mandatory.
