Osmose Utilities Services is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager of Accounts Payable to lead and optimize our accounts payable function. This role is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments across Osmose�s U.S. operations and global subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, financial acumen, and a proactive approach to improving efficiency and compliance within the AP process.

This is a M-F in office position located at our headquarters office in Downtown Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities:

� Oversee the accounts payable department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments across US and other subsidiaries.

� Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

� Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.

� Manage AP staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

� Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of financial records to support audits and internal controls.

� Assist with month-end closing activities and contribute to financial reporting efforts.

� Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline financial processes and improve interdepartmental coordination.

� Maintain compliance with tax regulations and internal financial policies.

� Assist with the development and execution of the company�s Purchase Order Strategy.

� Contribute to defining target operating models for Accounts Payable across the group, and assist with system and task migrations as needed.

� Partner with Treasury to undertake cash forecasting in preparation for payment runs.

� Support vendor onboarding processes, including assisting with vendor credit applications.

Qualifications

� Bachelor�s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

� Several years of experience in accounts payable or financial management, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.

� Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

� Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

� Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify areas for process improvement.

� Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
