Overview
As a Manager, Accounting, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of Epsilon’s financial operations. You will oversee key accounting processes, support the month-end close cycle, and provide financial insights that enable informed business decisions. Working cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Corporate teams, you will help drive process improvements, strengthen financial controls, and support the organization's compliance and reporting requirements.

- Drive the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting through effective oversight of accounting activities and close processes.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to support accounting operations, intercompany transactions, and audit requirements.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes, improving efficiency and scalability across the finance function.
- Contribute to the company's financial health by providing meaningful analysis, operational support, and continuous process enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and report revenue and expense activity to ensure accurate financial results.
- Prepare, review, and approve journal entries with a focus on timeliness and accuracy.
- Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with SOX and internal control requirements.
- Support internal, external, and FMC audits by providing accounting analysis, documentation, and operational support.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate accounting treatment for chargebacks, allocations, and other shared transactions.
- Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Support financial system enhancements, ERP upgrades, and accounting process optimization efforts.
- Deliver financial analysis and reporting to support leadership decision-making.
- Mentor and develop accounting team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

You are highly analytical, collaborative, and proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions. Whether leading a team or working independently, you take ownership of outcomes and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and compliance.
What You'll Bring With You
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Manager: 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including experience leading projects, processes, or accounting professionals.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, accounting principles, and internal controls.
- Experience preparing, reviewing, and approving journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems such as SAP, BlackLine, Hyperion Financial Management, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range: USD $89,300.00 - USD $165,800.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
