What Accounting contributes to Cardinal Health
Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.
Accounting establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, completes technical research, safeguards the organization's assets and ensures accuracy of accounting and financial records in accordance with accounting standards.

Job Summary

The Manager, Accounting - Corporate Initiatives and Special Projects will be a key member of the team, focusing on enterprise and segment strategic and value creation initiatives. This includes working extensively with external stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams, while supporting business and executive leadership in planning and execution. As part of a highly visible and impactful team, the Manager will have demonstrated experience flourishing in rapidly evolving environments and possess exceptional analytical and relationship building skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute enterprise level strategic initiatives and special projects identified by executive leadership. Along with the supervising Director, responsibilities will vary depending on the nature of the initiative and may include but not be limited to:

Anticipated salary range: $105,100 - $150,100
