About the Role:
Oversee journal entries, account reconciliation, and financial audits, continually identifying opportunities to improve accounting procedures at Heineken USA. Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), while also implementing ongoing process enhancements to support more robust financial account analysis and review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Functionally lead the EXPINS Master Data Management (MdM) team to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for data creation and maintenance.
- SAP Financial MDM (Profit Centers, Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Pricing Condition)
- Vendor Creation and maintenance
- Conduct annual assessments of EXPINS MdM Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures for MdM activities are reviewed and updated annually.
- Co-lead the EXPINS RtR team in the compilation of monthly actual including:
- Heineken Consolidating reporting tool (CIL) Managerial Datasets (MSV, FTE, EBF, MRT, RD, WIS)
- CIL MDM
- CIL Accesses
- Co-lead the EXPINS FP&A team in the compilation of monthly actual including:
- Heineken Consolidating reporting tool (CIL) Managerial Datasets (GPNET, GP Drivers, CCP)
- Managerial Adjustment reporting.
- FX Analysis Drivers Analysis
- Perform CIL subject matter expert (SME) responsibilities including user access management.
- Prepare Internal Management reports including P&L’s, Trial Balances, and Balance sheet reports/analysis, Volume and Cash Flow Reporting.
- Internal Controls Financial Reporting (ICFR)
- Digital and Technology
- Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the PA reporting tool, including coordinating with IT, external resources, and key users within Business Control.
- Act as a point person to the Digital and Technology team to help facilitate any questions relating to the overall system, master data maintenance of IBM Planning Analytics and functional improvement of cube dimensions (i.e. validate data to ensure that daily loads are complete and master data checks are done periodically).
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
- Undergraduate in Business, Corporate Accounting, Finance or Economics
- At least 3-5 years of related functional experience
- Experience with information systems and related tools for staging and deploying information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Analytical and detail oriented with well-developed financial analysis capabilities
- Strong ability to work well with other cross functionally
- Excellent computer skills including, SAP, Microsoft Excel, TM1/ IBM Planning Analytics & CIL
- Beverage or CPG Industry experience preferred
- Organized self-starter; ability to work independently
- Ability to interact effectively with non-finance professional; Knows how to translate financial analysis into business insight
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Time Management – ability to communicate deadlines, plan work and prioritize tasks
- Master Data Management experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary Range: $105,000 - $115,000 + Annual Bonus
