Loss Billing Analyst, Client Services, Retail Casualty

Make your mark in Retail Casualty This position within Retail Casualty Client Services team is necessary to support the deductible loss billing within Retail Casualty. This position will be instrumental in working with Insureds on their deductible loss invoices. How you will create an impact • Run and review claim loss data reports • Review system-generated deductible invoices and adjust as needed in accordance with program parameters • Oversee database processes and manage linked supplemental Excel workbooks • Prepare and distribute process status reports • Identify necessary policy billing parameter updates and submit update requests • Perform small- and large-scale account billing reconciliations What you'll need to succeed • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Embrace a collaborative approach to working • Customer service experience preferred The base salary range for this position is $45,200-$63,300 and is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. Your actual compensation will be dependent on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
