The Legal Billing Specialist is responsible for preparing timely, accurate billings for external clients, resolving complex invoice rejections, and ensuring compliance with client-specific billing guidelines. This role supports the full spectrum of billing operations, contributing to the design, implementation, and streamlining of billing policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will be customer-focused, creative, and solution-oriented, capable of managing multiple concurrent initiatives while delivering high-quality results. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Extreme professionalism is required when interacting with clients and attorneys, as this role involves frequent and direct communication with both.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday — 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hybrid (Phoenix, AZ)

The Compensation range for this role is 22.00 to 29.00 USD hourly and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will depend on the individual's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
