Job Description

Position Summary and Purpose
The Manager, Compliance & Leave Administration is responsible for leading and overseeing the organization’s leave of absence administration and human resources compliance functions. This role serves as a subject matter expert on federal, state, and locally mandated leave programs, internal leave policies, and legally required HR compliance activities within a complex healthcare environment. The Manager ensures consistent, fair, and compliant application of leave and compliance practices across the organization, while leading a team responsible for leave administration, regulatory reporting, and licensure and certification tracking. This role partners closely with HR, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and operational leaders to mitigate risk and support both regulatory and organizational requirements.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
