Position Summary: Corporate Realty, Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lease Administrator to join our team in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets. This role goes beyond traditional office and retail lease administration—the ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise with a broad spectrum of commercial agreements, including fiber and telecommunications leases, air rights agreements, easements, licenses, rooftop and antenna leases, ground leases, and other non-standard real estate instruments that generate or obligate payment of rent or fees.   The Lease Administrator will be a critical team member, serving as a liaison between company and external stakeholders—including clients, landlords, tenants, vendors, and legal counsel—to ensure all lease obligations are accurately tracked, billed, and administered in compliance with each agreement’s unique terms.   Day-To-Day Duties Include but are not limited to:   Lease Abstraction & Document Management Billing, Collections & Financial Administration Tenant, Landlord & Vendor Relations Compliance & Certificates of Insurance   Desired Skills & Experience:   Education Experience Technical & Analytical Skills Core Competencies   Compensation & Benefits Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
