Lead Treasury Analyst

The Lead Corporate Treasury Analyst is responsible for leading the accurate, timely execution and continuous improvement of cash activities across Hologic’s global operations. This role serves as a key subject-matter resource for global cash management, cash movement, cash positioning, short-term forecasting, treasury operations, investments, intercompany settlement, revolver, letters of credit, debt administration, bank relationship management, KYC, technical issue resolution, and bank connectivity.

This position provides leadership on complex treasury processes, drives standardization and controls, and partners closely with internal stakeholders—including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and FP&A—to improve visibility, predictability, and efficiency of global cash activity. The Lead Corporate Treasury Analyst reports to the Director, Treasury Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the global cash reporting process, including preparation and review of daily and weekly cash balance, liquidity, and debt schedules.
• Own daily cash positioning and short-term cash flow forecasting activities; analyze expected inflows and outflows, assess liquidity needs, identify material variances, and recommend appropriate actions.
• Monitor global bank account activity daily, investigate unusual transactions or balances, and coordinate timely resolution with internal stakeholders and banking partners.
• Lead efforts to enhance the cash flow forecasting process by partnering with internal business groups to improve the visibility, accuracy, and predictability of cash generation and cash requirements.
• Ensure cash transactions are accurately recorded, appropriately tagged in the Treasury Management System, and supported by complete documentation and controls.
• Prepare, review, and post cash- and debt-related accounting entries; reconcile bank accounts to the general ledger and resolve reconciling items in partnership with Accounting.
• Support the administration of investments, intercompany settlements, debt facilities, revolving credit agreements, letters of credit, and related compliance requirements.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned banking partners, including account administration, KYC documentation, bank signatory maintenance, service implementation, and technical connectivity matters.
• Participate in bank relationship reviews and support initiatives to optimize banking structures, services, account rationalization, and related costs.
• Lead the preparation of Treasury materials for quarterly Board of Directors reporting and develop other daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reporting.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen treasury processes, internal controls, reporting, and system utilization; lead or support implementation of resulting improvements.
• Provide guidance and functional support to junior Treasury team members and act as a backup for key Treasury Operations responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, finance, accounting, banking, or cash management, including experience supporting global operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, and independently lead complex operational activities in a fast-paced global environment.
• CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation 
• Demonstrated experience with cash positioning, cash forecasting, bank account administration, reconciliations, and treasury reporting.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems and ERP platforms 

The annualized base salary range for this role is $83,000 to $129,900 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.

Additional Info:

The annualized base salary range for this role is $101,900 to $157,900 (commensurate with level and experience) and is bonus eligible. Final compensation will depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs, and market demand.
