This role provides the opportunity to lead a team of financial analysts responsible for Earned Value Management to ensure the program meets its financial commitments.In this role:• You will lead effectively across all business functions ensuring that the F&BO team completes all necessary reporting requirements, while supporting all financial needs as it relates to the Strategic Infrastructure and Capabilities directorate leadership.• You will review and coordinate Monthly Electronic Variance Reports (EVAR) Summary Reports as well as review monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) reports with Resource Analysts prior to archiving• You will be responsible for coordination of monthly diagnostics, including taking corrective action• You will load and maintain budgets in EVM tool (Cobra) and claim performance Budget Cost of Work Performed (BCWP) monthly• You will utilize the EVM system to measure cost and schedule performance, as well as, prepare variance reports on a monthly basis• You will prepare presentations for upper management and customers on a weekly, monthly and bi-monthly basis (as required)• You will prepare yearly Comprehensive Estimate at Complete (CEACs)• You will be responsible for the initial development and quarterly maintenance of the directorate sales planning.• You will assist with proposals and preparation of Basis of Estimates (BOE's) for both labor and Non-Labor inputsBasic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s or Masters degree from an accredited college or equivalent years of experience/ combined education or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.• 3+ years of EVM or Program Performance Management experience or other cost management tools, or anything else related• If selected, you will need to obtain a SECRET clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.
