Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Required Skills:
Should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in leading and implementing Oracle Fusion HCM for Payroll Module for Canadian Public Sector clients ensuring compliance with Canadian labour regulations and integration with Absence and OTL modules.
Candidate should be proficient in all the Canadian Payroll, Pension Processes with hands-on experience in working on Oracle Global Payroll Cloud for Canadian Public sector clients.
Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
Conduct System Integration Testing, support User Acceptance testing and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR) and support hyper care
Utilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting and Fast Formulas.
Effectively discuss complex technology solutions to diverse audiences, including technical, business, and management teams, walkthrough of Business Process Specification documents, Configuration Workbooks, Testing, Change Requests
Lead customer discussions pertaining to integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Payroll & other related functionality.
Apply comprehensive knowledge and experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Conference Room pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions, training content preparation and imparting Training
Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
Should have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Should be an excellent planner when it comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning.
Responsible for Coaching and mentoring team members with experience of managing 5+ team members
Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
