Position Purpose:

The Lead Analyst, Pro Trade Credit position serves as a strategic and innovative partner focused on supporting business growth as part of a world-class controllership organization.
The Supervisor is responsible for mentoring and leading a team of analysts and/or senior analysts. The person in this role is accountable for driving the activities of the team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining accurate and complete trade credit transactions, and continuously improving operational processes to achieve departmental goals. In addition to leading the overall day-to-day activities for trade credit and collaborating with other business partners, Lead provide coaching to team members and support their development of business and technical skills. In short, this role requires leading people and providing exceptional customer service to critical stakeholders across the company.
As a Lead, you will drive the execution in collaboration with your team on departmental and strategic projects, collaborate with project/product managers, and balance your own workload. This role is expected to present continuous improvement insights and recommendations to managers and leaders as well as execute on some of these improvements. In addition, this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, requiring effective communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
