KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Counterparty onboarding - Lead end‑to‑end onboarding in coordination with KYC, Credit Risk and Compliance teams.
• Risk assessments - Conduct CDD, financial analysis and compliance screening to evaluate creditworthiness and regulatory risk.
• Credit analysis - Review financial statements, market conditions and regulatory factors to recommend credit limits.
• Stakeholder advisory - Advise internal stakeholders such as Sales, Legal and Compliance teams on KYC/credit risks, mitigations and onboarding challenges.
• Policy & reporting - Maintain KYC/credit reporting tools and update internal onboarding policies and procedures.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Proven 3-5 years of experience in KYC and credit risk analysis within the commodity trading or financial industry with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Law (a Master’s degree or CFA is a plus).
• Technical knowledge - Strong understanding of financial markets (derivatives), credit fundamentals, financial statements, and compliance obligations.
• Skills - Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills with strong stakeholder management.
• Affinity with financial crime and regulatory frameworks (e.g., AML, MiFID II, EMIR).
• Tools & languages - Proficient in Excel; Power BI/SQL/Python a plus; fluent in English.
