Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Junior Staff Accountant plays a crucial role in the Accounting Department, including maintaining financial records and reports, performing account reconciliations, and assisting with close processes. In addition, the Junior Staff Accountant supports the other Finance team members as needed and responds to information requests and inquiries from the Management team and Anticimex Platforms.
Perform various month-end journal entries and account reconciliations
Support Finance team members with reporting and analysis needs
Assist with internal control reviews and process improvement initiatives
Assist with cash management and corporate credit card expense reconciliation
Assist with internal & external financial statement audits, and tax audits
Perform ad hoc projects as assigned throughout the year
Provide backup for other roles within the accounting department
Be a contributor to routine monthly and quarterly management reporting deliverables
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an accounting or finance related role
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the US)
US employment eligibility without visa sponsorship

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
