Job Title

Junior Financial Analyst

Action Property Management seeks a Junior Financial Analyst to join our team. This position evaluates financial and operational performance across the portfolio, develops forecasting assumptions, identifies risk and opportunities and provides analytical recommendations to management. This position reports to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager and works closely with Corporate Accounting, Client Accounting, Operations and Sales. This role requires financial analysis skills and the ability to interpret complex data to support strategic decision-making.

This position is eligible for remote work for candidates residing in one of the following states ONLY: California, Florida, Tennessee, or Texas. Occasional travel to an Action office may be required for meetings and team collaboration. While the role is remote, preference will be given to candidates located near our Irvine corporate office.

Schedule: Monday - Friday business hours

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
