Job Title: Junior Accountant
Location: Pickering, ON L1W 3N7
Shift: Office Shift (Day)
Pay Rate: $20–$25/hr

Job Description:
We are currently hiring a Junior Accountant for our Pickering location. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with QuickBooks and/or
QuickBooks Enterprise, strong Excel skills, and a solid accounting background. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting
functions and supporting the finance team.

Primary Skills:

• QuickBooks / QuickBooks Enterprise

• Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

• Bank Reconciliation

• Journal Entries

• Payroll Processing

• Financial Reporting

Requirements:

• Accounting certification/diploma/degree

• 1–3 years of accounting experience

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good communication skills

Secondary Skills:

• Inventory accounting

• GST/HST filing

• Data entry accuracy

• Knowledge of bookkeeping principles
