Key Responsibilities:·        Process and maintain the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable for multiple entities.·        Prepare and perform reconciliations of accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness.·        Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve inquiries, discrepancies, and outstanding reconciliation items.·        Perform bank reconciliations and analyze general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial records.·        Support the preparation and processing of monthly employee expense reimbursements.·        Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation.·        Prepare and process weekly pay run.·        Participate in special projects and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.You will be a good fit if you have/are:·        Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.·        1–2 years of industry experience·        Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.·        Strong computer skills (internet, MS Excel, MS Word)·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills·        Strong communication skills (written and verbal)·        Able to work in a team environment·        Able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.Benefits·        Complimentary insurance·        CPA tuition reimbursement·        Flexible working environmentSalary·        + $50,000 a year, compensation will be determined based on experience and education
