• Oversee all job costing processes in RMS and QuickBooks.
• Support daily franchise operations in the owner’s absence.
• Maintain financial, accounting, and computer records with CPA oversight.
• Ensure all job costs follow accounting guidelines.
• Communicate empathetically with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, insurance carriers, and team members.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance (safety certificates, insurance).
• Process payroll and timesheets.
