Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Position Overview

Challenge Enterprises is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment at the Clay County Tax Collector's Office in Middleburg.

What You'll Do

• Empty trash and clean waste containers.
• Vacuum carpets and rugs.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and horizontal surfaces.
• Clean glass, doors, and high-touch surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect water coolers.
• Maintain stairways and entrance areas.
• Perform tile floor maintenance.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass a background check
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of janitorial or custodial experience
• Knowledge of cleaning products and SDS

Physical Requirements

Routine walking, standing, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds. Team lifting is required for heavier items. Reasonable accommodations may be made.
