- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records using accounting systems such as Sage, Coupa, Ariba, and other platforms
- Ensure proper general ledger coding and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Split and allocate invoices across multiple markets and/or vendors as required
- Perform account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data
- Support general bookkeeping activities
- Respond promptly to billing inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to resolve billing discrepancies and determine appropriate invoice allocations
- Apply technical accounting knowledge to support daily financial operations
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar systems preferred
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with governmental or nonprofit accounting standards is a plus
- Solid analytical skills, including the ability to review financial data and perform account analysis
- Effective communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
